In Stock items ship within 1-3 business days
from the date of purchase. Every detail is described and shown on
these finished pieces, so these items are sold AS IS. Please
remember that all handmade jewelry will have minor design flaws
because they are not machine made jewelry. This is why handmade work
is much more costly and valuable than machine made or cast jewelry.
Wholesale order discounts may be requested by email, provided all of the following requirements are met:
1) Requests must be on behalf of an organization,
provided you have authority to make such purchases.
*The discount given on wholesale orders is 20% for 5 or more items
(when wholesale is requested).
Wedding ring orders must
be placed at least 4 months before your planned wedding/commitment
day. Orders placed under 4 months from your special day will require
a Rush fee of $50 per item. This gives you Head Of the line
Privileges ("HOP"). You'll be able to track your order's progress in the HOP
Order section on the
Order Status page.
Regardless of the time you're placing your order,
contact me before ordering so that I can pay special attention
to getting your order to you in time to work any kinks out before
your special day.
Custom Design requests must
be placed at least 4 months before your 'need by' date, allowing for
time to create, ship, and any final adjustments. There is a flat
design fee that must be paid before sketching begins. The flat
design fee is $50 per design, and covers the several
hours/days involved with sketching your design back-and-forth with
you to your satisfaction. If you agree to these terms and you're

Anyone that has already placed an order can

Exchanges may be granted on a case by case basis (determined by me). To request an exchange, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org from the same email address you placed your order from. If you do not, I will not follow up with you because a thorough search of the email address given will have turned up "no results" in my PayPal records.

Repair work of any construction defects are free within 3 Years from receiving of your order, under the following conditions:
1. You MUST keep the receipt that comes with your order to claim
* NOTE: Silver is a very soft metal. Sterling silver is 92.5% Silver with 7.5% Copper for added strength, but is still a very soft metal and scratched/gouges easily if not properly cared for. Keep this in mind when wearing your jewelry.
* The plastic bag that your jewelry
comes is drastically reduces tarnishing and the wear-&-tear of being
one of many items in your jewelry box. Please be sure to keep your
jewelry in this bag for extended beauty and care.
There is a mandatory $50 deposit on non-covered repair work. The final balance will be charged or the difference refunded once the repairs are completed and the total costs have been tallied up.
* The repair rate is the same $20 hourly repair/labor rate and any necessary material replacement costs, to be billed once repairs are completed.
* Print this section out at time of purchase and keep it with your receipt. A copy of this is needed for you to claim the guarantee *
Shipping is typically 3-7 business days from the day the item is shipped to the day it's received, starting the day after completion. If you prefer faster service, you may request 1-3 day shipping by following the Rush Order guidelines below.

In stock items are charged an additional shipping rate based on the shippers rates.
Standard (First Class) shipping rates on custom fit orders are FREE inside the U.S. *International rates are minimized.
If you'd like to upgrade your shipping rates to RUSH (fastest you'd prefer), there is an additional shipping cost that will be charged for the upgrade after purchase based on the level of speed per the carrier (typically UPS).
First-Class shipping inside of the United States for repair work is covered by me, provided you are under warrantee, have the required documents, and have received email approval from me first. All repair returns OUTSIDE of the continental United States is covered by the customer, as well as those not covered under the warrantee.
UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, so be sure to give a physical day-time address. If you don't have one, please contact me at email@example.com.
Canada has recently enforced regulations for sending precious metal jewelry. These rates are vastly different from jewelry that does not contain precious metal (such as beadwork jewelry). I'm bound by International law to use Tariff code # 7113.11.5080 for sending Silver. You can use this number to research rates for your province. I'm now enrolled under NAFTA, so there should be no taxes or duty fees charged to you. There IS a brokerage (customs) fee however, that must be paid prior to pick-up (typically $10 CAD). Shipping speed for Canada is 2-7 business days via UPS.
